Led Operations support for the construction of a 16 MW project from ground screws up to interconnection in six months. Business Development work included working with Eversource, National Grid, and local electrical Co-Ops on interconnection studies and managing the permitting process with civil engineers, surveyors, and environmental engineers.

Developing projects in Pakistan and India was exciting!  The huge demand for electrical power in emerging economies was just beginning and we were competing with (then very powerful) Enron among others.

Led a successful bid for two 150 Megawatt barge-mounted power plants in Mangalore, India  Pre-development work for two 450 Megawatt power generation projects in Pakistan valued at $1.1 Billion.  Wrote bids, analyzed financing options and was the liaison with Pakistani partners, attorneys and bankers.
