Rotation 3: Global Technology Strategy & Planning
- Develop 10+ E2E strategic communications plans for various Global Technology initiatives including McDonald’s Mobile App releases.
- Lead social media strategy for Global Technology officers increasing total engagement over 150% .
- Build an interactive PowerBi dashboard to communicative social media analytics to stakeholders.
- Strategize and develop content for McDonald’s Technical Blog generating 40,000+ views per month.

Rotation 2: Global Technology Product Engineering
- Manage market strategy and planning materials to effectively communicate drive thru technology products to McDonald’s segments.
- Track development of 150+ requirements for the Global Digital Menu Board CMS solution to ensure the project meets sprint milestones on time. 
- Lead the intake process for the Automated Order Taker product reviewing 80+ Jira tickets prior to development. 

Rotation 1: US Technology Strategic Alignment & Communications
- Create social media strategy for McDonald's US CIO increasing her engagement over 300% and her follower count over 50%. 
- Produce article content and lead the work plan for US Technology's Quarterly Newsletter sharing critical information on McDonald’s technology initiatives with Owner/Operators.
- Develop 10+ strategic communications plans for US Technology initiatives covering customer facing and employee engagement technology products.

Analyst, Global Technology Rotational Program

Lead the design and implementation of Global Technology’s Vendor Management Office (VMO) website within McDonald’s intranet.
Design training materials for VMO’s governance software including SupplyHive and ISG GovernX.
Develop social media strategy for Global Technology Sr. Director to efficiently build following & profile engagement while furthering McDonald's technology narrative and attracting future tech talent.

Managed and created content for Yelp Columbus’s Instagram and Facebook platforms with 16,000+ followers.
