Passionately curious by nature. An individual harboring thirst for knowledge and a love of learning. The challenge of looking at a subject, understanding its elements, how they fit and work together, their finer details and being able to not only solve its problems but see opportunities to transcend it is truly exciting. I am a Performance Analyst currently responsible for the integration of pricing and set up of acquired businesses in addition to their overall performance. Whilst data is the bread and butter conveying this effectively and convincingly is another thing. Data cannot and does not account for the individuality of people. Luckily for me I find the challenge of conveying key information and strategy is outweighed by the reward. An integral part of success stems from understanding uniqueness and the importance of being able to not only tailor and build but maintain strong relationships. I'm of the opinion as long as we accept that there is always more to learn and ways to improve we wont go far wrong.
