Oversee and direct preventive and reactive maintenance operations problems/defects for 142 stores located in UK, Ireland, Benelux, Portugal and Nordics.
Monitoring open facilities and H&S issues, initiating action or escalation as needed, ensure routine and emergency requests are handled effectively and in a timely manner.
Intensive collaboration with stores / suppliers / contractors.
Liaise with and inform many different stakeholders from internal departments such as, operations, finance, field leadership, accounting, procurement, legal, construction and real estate.
