I’m an experienced innovation and entrepreneurship professional specializing in business development, creativity, multiculturalism, and impact. With over a decade of global and local expertise, I excel in end-to-end project management and cultivating sustainable partnerships across innovation industries, academia, NGOs, and the public sector. Currently, I work in tow positions: First, leading the Accelerator for DeserTech and Climate Change Innovation Center together with Oazis—Ben Gurion University's deep tech accelerator. We support entrepreneurs across diverse fields such as agritech, food security, water, and energy, helping transform ideas into impactful startups. In my own business, I focus on business development, partnership formation, and running innovation programs, including accelerators, ecosystem events, and international collaborations. I also lecture on diplomacy and innovation, networking, and impact entrepreneurship. Previously, I directed the "Starting Up Together" Pre-Accelerator at the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation, uniting Jewish and Arab entrepreneurs across the Middle East and North Africa. I established partnerships with eBay, Microsoft, TAU Ventures, Edmond de Rothschild Foundation, and others, bridging sectors like tech, academia, and government. I’m passionate about fostering partnerships between Israeli innovation and the Arab world, believing technology and innovation leaders can drive meaningful change.
