As a Campus Ministries Program Administrator, I am honored to support Rev. Melinda Pupillo as she and her Campus Ministries Leadership Team of students create programs and events that address the spiritual needs and aspirations of Augustana's diverse interfaith community, and nurture connections that grow wider community collaborations. As a Spiritual Director and leader of The Conversation Peace Collective; I am a trained listener and companion for personal transformation; as a teacher I help individuals and groups develop skills to meet challenging work or life changes; and as a collaboration and adaptation specialist I transform community programs and projects through listening, sharing, and creative partnership collaboration. I engage in projects and programs that connect and support, weaving resources and talents into the resiliency fabric of communities, organizations, and individual lives. I have over 20 years of experience in collaborating for community peace development, social and racial justice, safety, wellness, re-entry, literacy, volunteerism, cultural celebrations, sustainability, and restorative community visions.
