Clients included: Howard Sloan Search, (Legal, Financial and HR divisions), Stephen Bradford Search, Graham Hanson Design, Arnold Worldwide, Frazer Jones/Maximum Management, Taylor Root, Rees Draper Wright and Ultimate Solutions Search.

Closed in 2020 due to the Corona Virus downturn in the economy.

Worked directly with the owner to sell the 49co platform and the collective to corporations and agencies through meetings, introductions and networking. The platform offered a roster of specialized service agencies to corporations as a trusted resource. The collective offered niche, successful agencies the opportunity to be a part of a unique offering.

Rebuilt the acquisition of CGR/seven by igniting the client portfolio through networking and business development. Hired and managed both executive search and temporary staffing teams. Managed operations, implemented and managed metrics, processes and workflow. Upgraded the CMS from Filemaker to BullHorn. Conducted daily performance meetings, monthly and annual reviews. But most importantly led and mentored a successful 2 million dollar business for Kelly Services.

My career has been focused on helping companies achieve their business objectives. From brand and graphic design for clients around the globe, to helping clients find and hire top leveI talent, I have had the privilege to work with brilliant professionals in the design and recruitment industry. 

In 2016, I started consulting as a recruiter for staffing agencies, retained executive search firms, advertising agencies and design firms. Because of the economic downturn of the Corona Virus, I decided to close my consulting business, Marbles Recruiting in early 2020. I began to explore art and design again and created Work and Wonders, designing home, stationery and accessories. I continue to grow Work and Wonders and take on limited recruitment engagements.
