Leading a multi-year program to integrate the Direct and Retirement student debt product’s back-office administration experiences including UX design, resourcing, development approach, cloud migration, API development, digital experience migration, stakeholder management and deployment to users.
•	Created five headcount of additional capacity in the squad by improving quality processing and driving down production support efforts by identifying and resolving long term issues.
•	Working to understand Stakeholder needs, created a long-term vision to improve operational usability, including reduction of a key processing task by 80%, while new solutions are implemented.
•	Stood up new squad including onboarding of new Scrum Master, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst and Development resources.

Director Student Debt Integrated Associate Experience 

Led a full-stack development team in a matrixed environment. Working with a start-up like mentality, I drove the strategic roadmap, new product design and development of the Participant, Associate, and Sponsor digital experiences for two Employer provided Student Debt products offered by Fortune 500 clients. 
•	Co-designing with Sales, Implementation, Technology, and Fortune 500 client I led the development of the first Employee Benefits product to enable Paid Time Off to be exchanged for student debt payments. 
•	Point of Contact for Clients throughout the Implementation process and beyond. 
•	Led Integration and client deployment of the Student Debt Employer Contributions start-up product into the Fidelity Workplace Investing employee(NetBenefits) and employer (PSW) user experiences. Onboarded over one hundred corporate clients since inception.

Director Emerging Products- Student Debt Direct Experience

Led matrixed development teams as well as career development and HR responsibilities for twelve delivery associates. Agile delivery of quarterly releases to multiple client-facing products. Responsible for strategic 
planning, roadmap definition, resourcing, development, test execution, client deployment and communication. 
•	Led the design and delivery of PSW Enhanced Reporting providing better data and flexibility to Plan Sponsors and Backoffice across and WI products. 
•	Delivered the PSW Executive Insights Business Intelligence Tool product, enabling B2B clients to compare their retirement plan results with peers. Tool is now a mainstay of client annual reviews. 
•	Designed and implemented a new digital experience and service model  tailored to Defined Contribution Advisors.
