With over 15 years of work experience in marketing, customer relationship management, and sales enablement, my mission as a sales and tech leader is to help people be successful in their roles. I have a proven track record of building sales/revenue enablement departments from the ground up, developing sales academies, coaching programmes, onboarding programmes and the management of LMS, CMS and enablement tools. Working in B2B SaaS developing the impact framework for enablement, ensuring impact is measurable and delivers revenue results for global teams. Designing and implementing playbooks alongside qualification and sales methodologies to ensure that all commercial roles have the right sales toolkits to shorten sales cycles, improve sales velocity and reach quota achievement for BDRs, AEs and CSMs. As the Global Director of Revenue Enablement at Frontify, I oversaw the strategy, execution, and optimization of all revenue-enablement activities, from skills assessment, to curriculum development, onboarding programmes and the implementation of sales methodologies. I worked closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams, as well as external partners and stakeholders, to provide our teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to achieve their goals and deliver value to our clients. I hold a Master of Science degree in Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship Management from Newcastle University, a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing, and an AltMBA from Seth Godin's altMBA program. I am fluent in Portuguese and English, and have an intermediate level in Spanish. I have lived and worked in 7 different countries, including Canada, Brazil and various countries in Europe and Middle East. I am a lifelong learner who constantly seeks new challenges and opportunities to grow and develop my skills and knowledge.
