Let me tell you a bit about me...and what I can offer YOU! 💡WHO, AND WHAT, AM I? ✍🏻 Put simply, I am an Author, Poet, Blogger, Mental Health Advocate and Public Speaker. THE MORE DETAILED SPIEL: With my blog, The Sanity Mentality, I hope to do my part in reducing the stigma around mental health. As well as helping people become more comfortable with any struggles they may be going through (at the very least, suggest ways they can better manage how they feel). Perhaps you could join me along on the journey? I started the blog back in October of 2020 just as a hobby, and had some really good feedback from it. So then, in December, I decided to make something more of it. Freelance Copywriting seemed the best way to do this. It was for a time, but I realised that my true passion lies with content writing, blogging, writing, public speaking and leading workshops. These were the best ways to share and showcase my message, passion and determination - after all that I've been through.
