By executing marketing for 60+ companies, we build strategy and research for our clients based on real, first-hand data. We navigate Dark Social to create new demand while capturing existing demand through intent channels—outsmarting the competition on both fronts.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, I collaborate with a Director of Demand Generation who interfaces with the customer, by doing the research, campaign build-out, analysis and optimization of client’s paid media campaigns.

My primary responsibilities include:

Paid Media Campaign Management: Plan, test, implement, and measure multi-channel media campaigns to drive inbound demand. Perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas for paid search and paid social. Manage day-to-day performance across several media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads paid search. Day-to-day optimization and monitoring of assigned accounts, with a specialized focus on direct response and performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories and spend recommendations. Rapidly iterate on strategy based on findings.

Metanoia Management

Support the day-to-day business operations of musicians, bands, record producers, engineers and recording studios. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction, conducting outreach and negotiating partnerships, maintaining weekly, monthly and annual calendars, securing press coverage, and more.

Pegasus is a Distribution and E-commerce organization that services the hospitality industry, combining an award-winning CRS, booking engine, and a suite of global sales and business intelligence solutions. 

As part of the E-Commerce Division’s Paid Media Team, my responsibilities are varied, but not limited to:
      - Developing and executing paid digital media strategies for 20 clients with a total budget of 
        $115,000+ per month.
     - Deploying in-depth knowledge of paid channels, such as Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising, 
        Facebook, LinkedIn, and Metasearch to achieve target KPIs.
     - Performing regular channel maintenance and optimization to ensure continued client success.
     - Analyzing and reporting on performance data to C-Level Executives and Hotel DORMs.
     - Co-ordinating with internal Digital Service Managers, Web, and Tracking teams to ensure cohesion in all our clients’ Web and Marketing efforts.
     - Collaborating with larger E-Commerce team to monitor industry trends, develop case studies, and explore potential growth opportunities for the organization.
