Oversees computer systems and managing software for the organization and offers support to the system’s users. Providing internal assistance and working directly with staff who use the computer systems or it may be assisting external customers who access the systems via the Internet; As well as being responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our membership database. Working closely with County Farm Bureaus, Membership Staff, Accounting and Marketing, the Salesforce Admin will identify, develop and deploy new business processes alongside application customization. This role is part part administrator, part Salesforce analyst and 100% dedicated to our organizations mission.

Some Duties Included:
Configured Salesforce / Nimble AMS system, monitored, and troubleshooted any reported issues. Primary point of contact for end-users, resolve basic issues and facilitate resolution of issues that require a higher level of support. Managed escalations, problems, and issues. Established and managed Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Setup new users and ensure profiles and security rights are created accurately and consistently. Conduct audits to ensure users are setup in the appropriate roles and permissions are removed when warranted. Performed mass uploads, used Data Loader to upload client information.  Customized Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, searching list views, queues, reports and dashboards. Maintained and created automation such as workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields and escalation rules. Maintained MS Active Directory, relational database servers, and access management systems. Utilized time and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Configured and maintained role-based access control, account onboarding processes and systems integrations.

Systems Administrator / Salesforce Administrator

Provided primary onsite and remote technical support for corporate and production facilities nationwide.
Provided end-user technical support on system hardware and software including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, cell phones, VOIP, access points, remote access, networking equipment, audio/visual systems, and other related systems. Install, troubleshoot, test, and patch software on systems.
Support both Macs and PCs, BYOD, printer, faxes, copiers, etc. Troubleshoot, monitor, and provide support for network communications and infrastructure. Information Technology Support Specialist

Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process. Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms. Microsoft & Sage Software installation and management. Responsible for handling Help Desk support across multiple sites. Provisioned computer hardware / software and network support. Managed computer inventory and supplies. Triage, prioritize and remedy end-user computer issues. Manage projects in a results-oriented environment. Information Technology Help Desk Technician

Answer and route all incoming telephone calls. Inventory, order and maintain supplies. Keep supply room organized. Maintain and update voice mail/phone system and front door passcodes for staff whenever needed. Maintain and update staff directory. Process incoming and outgoing mail, bulk mailings, pack and mail materials to various locations. Login all checks received. My passion for Salesforce stems from my previous background as an IT Support Specialist and Systems Administrator in the Food Production, Agricultural, and Software Industry, where I discovered the power and potential of Salesforce applications.
