Head of business for Retail and Tenders, leading a 45-member team. Accountable for sales, business development, sales forecasting, distribution management, marketing, pricing, products registration, sales force design, team hiring and development.
* Turnaround the business with growth of 33% in revenue and 21% in units sold in the first FY with the COVID cloud. (per PharmExplorer 2021)
* Restructured the front-end operations from F2F to Hybrid Calls with SaaS implementation during Covid then in Wartime.
* Pivoted the reimbursement business by engaging with pharmacy chains and national distributors.
* Back-to-Back on time regulatory approvals for registration, renewals, and variations from the MOH Body.
* Created a process for timely PO to Demand Replenishment and aligned the main office team to local team.

AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD

Head of Retail, Tenders and CMO Business, leaded a 21-member team. P&L Head and accountable for business development, sales forecasting, distribution management, market access, product marketing, pricing, regulatory affairs, team hiring and development.
* Moved company from a single national distributor to a Custom Bonded Warehouse Model reducing overall FOREX risks and increasing product availability/sales.
* Created a new Oncology Team and developed a group of KOLs for the launch of Oncology Products. * Optimized 2 business lines under one with Reimbursement products and Trade products.
* Negotiated to out-license injectable products to third party for promotions.

MACLEODS PHARMACEUTICALS LTD.

Headed the Kazakhstan LLC, an offsite entity of the parent company, managing business lines of Tenders, Retails and CMO (API). I was accountable for P&L and responsible for product selection, product registration, market access, demand and forecast planning, supply chain management, adherence to local tax and HR rules, and relationship with national healthcare bodies.
* Exceeded revenue expectations by 200% through country Tender process of Anti-TB. Obtained 50% of entire national Anti-TB budget for three consecutive years.
* Restructured the distribution model, optimized the inventories and payment terms which shaped the P&L into profitable in year 2.
* Three of the flagship brands were No 1 and No 2 in market share (Tranexamic acid, Rabeprazole and Azithromycin molecule)
* Identified 14 new products for registration in the to-grow therapeutic area (TA) (Cardiology, AB, Anti-allergic, Rheumatology)
* Developed relationship with major regulatory authorities and leading KOLs for the promoting TAs.
* Re-booted the team with right person for the right post, trained and mentoring them for the next level.

Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd

I was responsible to scale-up the OTC team of 45 Field Reps with 7 FLMs in year 1. In year 3 was responsible for the merging of in licensing team of 35 Field Reps and 5 FLMs. The Primary responsibility was to focus on achievement of 100% revenue budgets
* Successfully took the team to achieve 100% budgets with 2 flag ship brands being leader in the respective TAs. * Created and implemented KPIs for marketing and sales team in terms of market share in bricks, call coverage and frequency. The KPIs were linked to the home grown online CRM dashboards visible for management and field associates.
* Pivoted the business by leaping from a 38 to 72 Pharmacy Chain contracts signed which helped the coverage of retail outlets to 45%.
* Quarter on Quarter achievement of optimum stock levels at national distributors with good engagement practices.

National Sales Manager (OTC) Ukraine

Lead a team of 51 with a yearly business turnover of 12.5 million USD, contributing 45% of revenue to Total Ukraine operation.

Zonal Manager Ukraine

Lead the Business Promotions activities for an annual turnover of USD 8 million. The primary challenge is focused to achieve 100 % Revenue target for the territory with the Business Promotions(BP) team of Rx Team and Pharmacy Team.

Lead Business promotion activities for an annual turnover of USD 1.7 million. The BP team comprised of General and Pharmacy teams with a head count of 1 Senior Medical Representatives and 7 Medical Representatives.
