Transitioned from a copywriting role to Head of Content, responsible for overseeing the complete spectrum of content offered by Armagard. Responsibilities include:

* Content creation for websites, press releases, articles, blogs, social media, white papers, manuals,  datasheets, and marketing literature.
* Managing a team of translators to ensure content for Armagard's international websites is delivered on time and to a high standard. This includes responsibility for approving invoices for payment.
* Compiling yearly content plans for all streams of the business.
* Executing content for numerous campaigns launched using HubSpot, including landing pages and email campaigns.
* Working with Armagard's highly-skilled web team to ensure images and call-to-action buttons are of high quality.
* Reporting to MDs and senior management to report on progress and working towards improving content strategy.

Hired as a copywriter for this double award-winning company, which scooped the 2013 Queen's Award for international trade and the National Exporter of the Year Award at the 2013 Chamber Awards, to produce content for:

Armagard designs specialist computer, printer and digital signage enclosures for clients on a local, national and international scale. The copywriting required is of a technical nature and therefore, requires presentation in a way that is suitable for product experts and novices.

Serving as an advertising account coordinator across a range of high profile public sector accounts, the purpose of my role at Tribal Resourcing Limited was to manage the day-to-day advertising requirements of clients.

This involved:
* Copywriting, proofreading and editing adverts to ensure they were correct before going to press.
* Liaising with local, national and international media, in order place adverts.
* Attending new business pitches with Account Directors in a client facing capacity.
