My responsibilities and skills include the following: -Designing and implementing solutions to optimise the deployment of corporate strategy at all levels of the company. -Providing training and tools to guide the organisation to high performance and continuous improvement. -Encouraging reflection and the application of the scientific method at work. -Breaking down complex concepts and communicating them in an easy and understandable way, both in written and spoken form. -Using a wide range of techniques (coaching, advising, mentoring) as needed, for both technical and non-technical audiences. -Applying my analytical and structured thinking to map processes and solve problems. Before promoting to my current job, I developed my career for 11 years at InfoJobs, gaining experience as a technical profile, with responsibilities such as leading the Helpdesk team or being part of the Security Committee. In 2011 I joined the recently created Continuous Improvement team, focusing my value delivery in this field since then. I have a degree in Information Sciences by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a master degree as Lean Practitioner by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, through the Instituto Lean Management, which belongs to the Lean Global Network. In 2014 I was the InfoJobs employee representative in the European Work Council of Schibsted Group. I'm interested in sharing experiences and practical cases, in learning and teaching.
