In my professional realm at Moment of Truth, I meld the art of wellness coaching with the science of social impact design, creating solutions that resonate deeply with human experiences. My approach integrates trauma-informed practices, ensuring that each design and coaching strategy is empathetic and transformative. With a solid grounding in UX research, I bring an analytical lens to understand user needs, driving innovation in design that's not only user-centric but also socially conscious. Based in New York, my work stands at the intersection of emotional wellness and impactful design. I'm dedicated to challenging the status quo, utilizing design as a tool for social change and personal empowerment. On a personal note, I proudly wear the badge of a trauma survivor, having triumphed over the trials of abuse on multiple fronts. These experiences have become sources of strength and resilience. As an ex-therapist, I've witnessed the tribulations and challenges on systemic levels. I share this perspective as an advocate for human service providers. I encourage us all to embrace our shared human experience, which we bring to our role and therapeutic lens. There's incredible strength and richness in honoring our life experiences, despite the conventional push to keep them out of the therapy room.
