Retention and growth of client portfolio
Management/Guidance of reportees;
Administration
Any other duties required from time to time
Monthly meetings with placed staff, with Operations
Portfolio accounts administration
Portfolio debtors administration
Achieve set targets
Negotiations of annual increases for client portfolio 
Quote within prescribed parameters
Business forecast reports
