Independant oil sales

In this consultancy role, I advised both commercial and domestic end users on how to optimise their oil purchasing and usage, focusing on cost saving strategies. This included leveraging monitoring systems and understanding the impact of buying cycles and seasonal pricing on customer spend.
I spearheaded the creation of a call center style sales team and field sales agents to promote an award winning fuel product and its user friendly oil monitoring system.
I introduced regular 1-to-1 meetings and call monitoring within the team to drive performance and ensure high service standards.
Focused on UK sales, I led the marketing efforts to build the brand and establish a customer base from the ground up.
