I founded Fireside Strategic to acquire and nurture outpatient mental health practices that care about culture and clinician satisfaction. Why? Because we're facing a mental health crisis, and group practices are on the front lines, serving 63% of Americans seeking mental healthcare. Our goal is clear: partner with founders who care deeply about their people, create sustainable growth, and improve lives through thoughtful investment. We approach acquisitions differently. Our "Two Bites at the Apple" model means we partner with practice founders rather than pushing them aside. We buy a majority stake, empowering owners to continue running the business while we provide strategic support and resources. The result? A win-win scenario, allowing founders a substantial first exit, followed by an even larger second exit as we grow together. Throughout my career, I've built a diverse skill set in M&A law, as a senior policy advisor to Canadian cabinet ministers, and on Kevin O'Leary's Shark Tank deal team. Along the way, I also built and sold my own career-coaching firm. I leverage this unique mix of investing acumen, psychological insights, and legal expertise to help mental health practices scale responsibly and sustainably.
