Consider this ... ➡️ Serious Revenue The average customer winback campaign generates $485K. That’s for SMBs, larger organizations generate millions. 📶 Why So Much Revenue? Past customers come back in large numbers and when they return they're big spenders. On average, 26% return and they spend so much that their lifetime value more than doubles. That’s what the Customer Winback Benchmark Study reported and a study of 40,000 lost customers featured in the Harvard Business Review (March 2016) found the same thing. ➡️ Low Cost It costs less than $5k to run a winback campaign. That's for SMBs, the cost for larger organizations is also very low. The cost is low because the high price of customer acquisition has already been paid. You don't need to pay for ads or buy lists, your leads are free, they're sitting in your CRM. Also, sales cycles are shorter because so much of the sales work has already been done. ➡️ High ROI As you'd expect, those low costs and high returns make winback ROI extremely high, it ranges from 32X to 182X.
