Started out as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, seconded as Interim Branch Manager for the Cheshire office then successfully awarded permanent Branch Manager of Sheffield, due to the success of Cheshire. 

Achievements: 
Peaked on 155.06 days as a Leeds Secondary Consultant (Margin adjusted)
Cheshire achieved highest days of 302 and hit LT January target of 200 days
Managed the Sheffield Branch to a consistent peak of over 400 days and achieved 10,000 days for the first time in branch history
1 member of my team successfully promoted to a Branch Manager position and 3 consultants awarded a place on the MDP 'Colts' programme, all of which had only been with the company for 2 years or less 
Signed the first Federation/Family of Schools to company preferred agreement supply – 1 secondary school & 5 primary schools
Managed Consultant through disciplinary stages due to gross misconduct
Involved in strategy meetings for Child Protection investigation
Achieved leader board success through Consultant awards for 121 Tuition, Top Rookie & Best of the Best Regional Manager recognition
Received 5 year service award in August 2013
Secured companies first100K bundle from a preferred supplier pitch with a new using client 
3 secondary & 9 primary schools signed up to preferred supplier agreement, 5 of which resigned upfront for next 2 years

Sheffield Branch Manager

I know I’m being greedy… But I’m living my best life. 

I’m bloody great at social media marketing, but I also enjoy spending my days with furry friends so why not combine both? 

So I did it. I quit the full time job and moved into dog walking and freelance marketing. And you know what? I love it! 

I’m enjoying working with brands and agencies on a consultancy basis whilst running my own dog walking business. 

I’m currently available for social media marketing services and/or consulting. And if you have a dog and live locally, I could walk them too. It’s a win win situation.
