Led staff of operations, logistics, manpower and financial analysts to leverage $4.4M annual operations & maintenance budget supporting and shaping training and operations for hundreds of Intelligence Airmen at several global sites conducting sensitive national security mission; traveled extensively.
- Initiated Standardization & Evaluation program to ensure compliance with Department of Defense policies and to enforce rigorous performance standards; institutionalized operational accountability.
- Drove change in individual readiness posture to enable stronger contribution to higher headquarters deployment demands; transformed Airmen mindset to enable group’s increased reputation.

Group Superintendent (Chief Master Sergeant)

Senior signals intelligence functional expert for global USAF ISR organizations and many thousands of Airmen. Engaged network across Air Force, Air Combat, Special Operations and NSA headquarters to shape policy, education, training, manpower, employment of ISR Airmen in response to emerging priorities shaped by global political, military events – represented the Agency via extensive travel.

Operations Superintendent (Chief Master Sergeant)

- Senior signals intelligence functional executive leveraging team of operations experts serving 24/7 cyber and information operations missions performed by ~5,000 Airmen at dozens of global units; dynamically redirected $12M in response to emerging combat development capabilities required overseas.
- Interpreted ambiguous cyber operations requirements, identified and employed uniquely-capable linguist against high-visibility cyber campaign, standardized decision processes to select and correctly equip skilled Airmen traveling to hostile destinations to enable Air Force global operations.

Operations Executive Leader (Chief Master Sergeant)

Advised senior U.S. intelligence director on skills development, assignment, and optimizing performance for all joint military personnel.  Represented U.S. diplomatic and intelligence interests to senior foreign military leaders.
- Balanced competing mission human resources demands through consultation with senior executives.
- Orchestrated planning and execution and participated extensively in physically demanding short duration project to remove U.S. remote sensing sites from host nation mountain locations.

Senior Executive Leader (Chief Master Sergeant)

United States Air Force, 41st Electronic Combat Squadron, Air Combat Command

Leveraged airborne intelligence expertise to optimize chief operating officer decisions for employment and sustainment of Squadron Airmen flying 3,400 hours annually aboard 7 EC-130H Electronic Combat aircraft.  Qualified and certified electronic combat mission systems operator.  
- Led squadron operational readiness and training assessments to inform higher headquarters planners; ensured aircrew compliance with periodic training events associated with Ready Aircrew Program.
- Led short-notice, 3-week, 2-aircraft European deployment for diverse Airmen to establish 24/7 mission operations including aircraft maintenance and aviation life support mission enablers.

Defense Intelligence Agency

Intelligence mission director representing defense interests in the United Kingdom; built relationships with U.S. DoD units and host nation counterparts.  Senior functional expert for several dozen Airmen assigned to more than a dozen European locations.  Selected to study Serbo-Croatian with British Army.
- Represented U.S. diplomatic and intelligence interests with foreign hosts, traveled 320 days in 20 months  
- Deployed to Bosnia Herzegovina for Stabilization Forces operations.
- Traveled with senior U.S. and NATO officials on military-to-military and diplomatic engagements

Detachment Director of Operations (Senior Master Sergeant to Chief Master Sergeant)

United States Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, 17th Training Wing

Competitively screened and selected to represent group commander in assessing training effectiveness through established criteria, academic accreditation requirements, and specialized emphasis items at the commander’s direction.  Lead training evaluator for cryptologic, intelligence, and firefighter training at Goodfellow AFB, Texas - Presidio of Monterey California – Corry Station, Florida.
- Evaluated cross-organizational training effectiveness, compliance with accreditation requirements, and quality assurance.  Shaped all aspects of classified technical training to include faculty development and student performance; ensured remedial training, counseling and documentation.
- Augmented Air Education & Training Command Inspector General’s unit performance assessments at sister training wings at Keesler AFB, Mississippi and Lackland AFB, Texas.
- Certified Occupational Instructor, Teaching Practicum; Instructional System Design, Technical Writer, Objectives & Test Development; taught cryptologic training to newly assessed Airmen.
- Selected 17th Training Wing Service Person of the Year and 2d AF Performer of the Year, 1994

Senior Training Evaluator (Technical Sergeant through Senior Master Sergeant)

Instructor-rated operator and evaluator for airborne cryptologic linguist positions aboard RC-135 Rivet Joint, Combat Sent, Cobra Ball reconnaissance mission aircraft.  Excelled in multiple roles including airborne operations, mission scheduling chief, mission trainer, mission evaluator, flight chief.
- Coordinated across four squadrons to deploy three full aircrews in response to Iraq’s invasion of Kuwait; selected rapid deployment aircrews to launch and establish operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Deployed to DESERT SHIELD, DESERT STORM and Operation Northern Watch areas of responsibility; relocated mission operations, two aircraft and four aircrews from established base to austere location while sustaining 24/7/365 mission coverage for northern Iraq operations.

RC-135/Rivet Joint Squadrons (6985 ESS, 6916 ESS, 6988 ESS) (Sergeant through Technical Sergeant)

Full time study of intermediate Russian language in an academic environment with secondary objectives including military training requirements.  A program with 300 level courses designed as continuing education for Basic Russian language program graduates who have served in the field in a professional specialty. It is designed to advance the student’s listening comprehension to ILR proficiency level 2+, reading comprehension to 2+, and speaking ability to level 2 and to further develop the student’s overall proficiency in writing. The instruction varies according to the student’s initial competence and the difficulty of the language. Prerequisite: ILR proficiency Level 2 in listening comprehension and in one other skill in the language to be studied. This course is eligible for the AA Degree.
