With over 25 years of experience in delivering sales and technology staffing services, I am the founder and CEO of SOLA Group, an organisation that provides people solutions for companies wanting a bespoke solution that guarantees results. This will either be through a managed service, a retained executive search program or delivering teams at scale. Additionally, I sit on a number of boards across UAE, UK, & USA advising companies on various strategic initiatves which typically are commerical matters, building GTM teams and turnaround projects which I find extremely rewarding.
