Advoteck LLC is a Kansas City, Missouri-based startup focused on enhancing online safety and accessibility for vulnerable individuals. We empower parents and caregivers by giving them tools to help protect their loved ones from online scams, while respecting their loved one’s right to digital autonomy. 

While we recognize the social benefits of technology, we are equally committed to mitigating its risks, offering families both safety and peace of mind for a secure and enjoyable online experience.

I was responsible for maintaining a presentable check-in station and escorting guests to their courts to teach them the rules of Pickleball. Additionally, I provided both group and private Pickleball instruction. I also actively collaborated with the Tournament Director to develop ideas to improve annual and charity tournaments and worked alongside the director of pickleball to enhance the league experience for all players.

I was responsible for the smooth running of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, financial reporting, inventory management, and staff management. I was also well-versed in event planning, having organized private parties, mobile unit events, and tournaments.

As a Partner at Twilight Entertainment, I played a vital role in the overall success of the organization by expertly managing the bookkeeping, vendor relationships, budgeting, and event logistics. I possess a unique blend of analytical and interpersonal skills, which have enabled me to effectively streamline financial operations, maintain positive vendor relationships, and successfully plan and execute events.

Bella Napoli 

Responsible for designing and executing private events by creating custom menus, presenting final dishes and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

I am on a mission to make the digital world safer for vulnerable individuals. Inspired by my sister Ty, who has special needs, I'm passionate about developing solutions that empower caregivers while respecting the digital autonomy of their loved ones. With a background in business development and a strong connection to the special needs community, I'm committed to bridging the gap between technology and the needs of vulnerable communities.
