Implemented state of the art credit card management system, one of the largest, most successful software projects in Exchange history, completed 18% under approved budget of $82M.

Reduced 36 FTE by effectively using technology for customer self-service.

Eliminated $1 million in call center contract labor.

Avoided over $2M expense by combining the credit and collections call centers.

Launched state of the art, mobile ready customer website.

Established cross-functional fraud prevention team which reduced fraud by over $1M in the first year.
