SBA Loans can go up to $5 million dollars to assist small businesses to acquire a company, real estate, receive working capital, inventory, debt refinance, or fund startups and partner buyouts. It's my passion to learn about your small business and see if we can qualify your organization to receive an SBA loan.

Pilot Bank was acquired by Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) in December of 2021. LMCU is a credit union based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan with a presence in Florida. The acquisition of Pilot Bank was strategic for LMCU to continue expanding in Florida and diversify their products with SBA and Aviation Loans. My role continues to be an SBA Loan Officer who specializes in 7(a) loans to finance Working Capital, Debt Refinance, Business Acquisitions, Building Acquisitions, Partner Buyouts and more. I connect small businesses access to capital, specifically loans that qualify for government guarantee through the SBA 7(a) program. I've closed loans regarding business acquisitions, working capital, debt refinance, inventory purchase, building purchase, and more. I also managed the flow of the SBA PPP Program between borrowers, credit, closing, and the SBA. I actively succeeded in closing over 800 PPP Loans equaling to over 100M in PPP funds disbursed. Script is an education technology company based out of Tampa Bay, FL that helps streamline K12 school processes such as field trips, aftercare, school store, emergency contacts while bringing financial transparency and safety to administration. Our goal is to innovate education for teachers to teach more and manage less.

Manage the BUILD, LAUNCH and GROW Accelerator Program for the Tampa Bay WaVE. A non profit aimed to help tech startups break out in Tampa Bay. Currently overseeing 45 companies helping them get connected within the community and making specific introductions. We also work in connecting them within our mentor network with over 60 qualified mentors. Organize events such as Pitch Nights, Investor Pitch Days and CEO Roundtables.

Served a the liaison for the Accelerator and Incubator program where I overlooked 21 companies on a daily basis. I served the companies in providing them with resources, connections, meetings and also served as their personal consultant and pitch coach.

As a half Peruvian, I'm passionate in educating Spanish speaking entrepreneurs navigate the SBA Program to get the right loan for their business.
