•	Managed and directed expansion of credit union’s field of membership charter that helped increase membership 59% over 10 years. 
•	Established and coordinated all community partnerships, outreach programs and sponsorship events impacting over 45 organizations with $65,000 in support annually. 
•	Oversaw the credit union’s annual meeting and all scholarship, awarding $25,000 in scholarships yearly. 
•	Acted as credit union spokesperson to deliver accurate, timely and relevant information to media, and external stakeholders.

•	Drove the acquisition, activation and retention of members through onboarding and lifecycle marketing with online, traditional and email B2C campaigns. 
•	Collaborated on loan and deposit product development and services with value propositions, messaging, go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategies. 
•	Grew loan portfolio 12% and deposit portfolio 10% over last three years. 
•	Managed annual marketing budget and ensured it was allocated properly and on budget.
•	Mentored four direct reports who collaborated with cross-functional teams and members to successfully support marketing initiatives internally and externally.

•	Developed and implemented marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects.
