Being transferred from Food and Beverage (F&B) Operations to join the Training Team due to my expertise with On-The-Job Training (aka Workplace Learning), explementary guest dining services and the initial position offered was Guest Service Manager focusing on Guest Experience Trainings. However, after much debates, the business felt that it would be more feasible and gained buy-in for a holistic approach instead.

My critical responsibilities were Courseware Developer, Learning Facilitator, Assessor and Analyst for Guest Services.

1) Courseware Developer

Training Assistant Manager

27 years of Operational (OPS) + 5 years of Human Resources (HR) + 5 years of Training Adult Education (TAE) experiences in Food & Beverage Services, Call Centre, Attractions to his last tenure in Accommodations.

From a crew/entry level (Deliver) to a supervisor (Lead) and eventually being a manager (Plan), at these different career stages, he has developed the attitude, skills & understandings which are used throughout and transferred to being a People Developer.
