There’s no better feeling than helping a candidate to land their dream role or hearing the sigh of relief when you tell a client that a candidate has accepted their offer. It’s the reason I do what I do and the reason I’ve kept doing it for so long. I've spent the last 15 years building trusted relationships with multiple clients and many candidates within the FinTech space. I love advising businesses on how to attain top talent, and candidates how to land their next role, although sometimes I’m brutally honest, I think the truth is the best way to set expectations. I’m deeply sarcastic, which in tough times is generally received well, humour is the only way out of some situations. Over the years I’ve focused on helping candidates and clients within the Development and DevOps space encompassing a lot of technologies… some are now defunct but let’s not dwell too much on the past. I’ve worked at FIRESOFT for nine years, which is a pretty decent stint in the world of recruitment. I love being successful and helping the business to be successful. When the business does well, we’re treated like royalty, when it’s not doing well, we’re supported like close family, it truly is an amazing place to work.
