𝐈’𝐦 𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝐱 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭’𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫, 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝟏𝟎/𝟏𝟎 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞. Despite being a top performer at 𝟐 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬, biking across the US, and working out, I still struggled to juggle everything - my career, my relationships, and my health. I felt 𝑙𝑜𝑠𝑡 navigating workplace challenges on my own, 𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑒𝑑 about my excessive drinking, eating, and video game habits, and 𝑠𝑡𝑢𝑐𝑘 in my relationships with others. Approaching my 𝟑𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲, I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I knew I had to turn my life around, find a new direction, and rebuild my confidence after burning out. I invested every ounce of time, money, and energy into coaches, therapy, trainings, communities, and experiences, leaving behind my $200K tech sales job to (re)discover myself. Over the course of 2.5 years, I changed my baseline mood from a 𝟑/𝟏𝟎 (𝑎𝑛𝑥𝑖𝑜𝑢𝑠, 𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑙𝑚𝑒𝑑 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑓𝑟𝑢𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑑) to an 𝟗/𝟏𝟎 (𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑓𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡, 𝑜𝑝𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑐, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑦). I started a coaching practice, built a self-improvement community, ran a 100-mile ultramarathon, and launched (and shut down) several projects like podcasting and vlogging. * I 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 on my vision, values and purpose * I 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 by taking steps in the right direction, and * I 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 by staying consistent even when I didn’t want to My journey has been long, expensive, tiring, and lonely. I wish I had the right guidance, support and connections to help me navigate out of tough times. Now I’m on a mission to help other tech salespeople feeling lost, stuck, and overwhelmed to overcome their QuarterLife Crisis by improving their quality life in a more cost-effective, efficient, and energizing way. I've coached over a dozen tech salespeople and entrepreneurs to create their own personal operating system and roadmap to live their own 10/10 lives.
