• Established CX team and function to drive strategy and focus on product-led growth, user research, data driven decisions, and a company-wide culture of creating great customer experiences.

• Manage cross functional team collaboration through projects, programs, and initiatives critical to Jungle Scout across Product, Marketing, Sales, Support and Finance.

•	Provided guidance and leadership around designing and implementing new onboarding strategies, solutions, and team to increase adoption, and retention. 

•	Worked with CS and Product leaders to craft new self-service support, and training options across the platform to streamline customer experience and reduce churn. Reduced ticket volume by 60% over 1 quarter.

•	Created CoE around Pendo, Mixpanel, and Zendesk data to better understand our customers, drive engagement, stickiness, product usage, and customer success insights.
