I believe in taking the human-centered approach in the development and implementation of business learning solutions. Using Design Thinking, I seek to understand the user, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems in an attempt to identify alternative strategies and solutions that might not be instantly apparent with our initial level of understanding. This approach has allowed me to lead the end-to-end Program Management delivery, including spearheading cross-functional teams, implementing crisis management tools, designing Learning Management Systems (LMS), developing workflow documentation, driving DEI initiatives, and program evaluation analysis using SaaS metrics. Additionally, I am passionate about integrating Education Technology and Data into business learning solutions. Coupled with my Masters of Science in Higher Education, my experiences have equipped me with the fundamental tools to work with faculty, students, and key business stakeholders alike.
