I'm a self-confessed marketing geek. I strongly believe that marketing is the core of organizational profitable growth. Reflecting on my 20-year career in marketing, it's a little crazy to see the breadth of activities I've been involved in. My marketing adventure began with the iconic brand Nike, where I handled retail marketing tasks. There, I mastered the art of visual merchandising and product presentation. My path then led me to Nestlé, starting as a junior brand manager and eventually becoming the head of marketing for a diverse region spanning 13 countries. Now, I'm embarking on a new chapter as the marketing & PR director at a leading global influencer marketing agency. In 2023, I achieved an important milestone by earning my MBA in International Business from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, further broadening my business and commercial insights. What motivates me? Turning brands into engines of profitable growth through a deep understanding of consumers. I'm convinced that a diverse and cross-functional team is essential for real success. Sharing knowledge is another passion of mine. Since 2018, I've been teaching marketing at the PWC Corporate Educational Center's MBA program. Currently, I'm open to guest lecturing on modern growth marketing, the power of persuasion in marketing, and influencer marketing strategies. Some highlights of my career include: - Increasing inbound marketing leads by 200% by applying targeted SEO strategies, optimizing content, and streamlining commercial processes. - Developing and executing a successful PR strategy that shifted from paid to earning over 20 monthly media mentions, including expert articles representing the agency. - Maintaining premium portfolio of Nestlé brands market dominance in the Eastern region. - Leading the infant nutrition NAN Nestlé brand to become a market leader in the region with double-digit profitable growth, thanks to innovative product launches and improved consumer and medical communication. - Helping three key team members advance to managerial and strategic positions within the European region and at Nestlé headquarters. I'm based in Finland and eager to connect with like-minded individuals both online and offline.
