For 5 years I have managed a group of ≈15 language (RU, UK, NL, SR) and content professionals across the business, mainly focusing on: improving KPIs and targets, ensuring 100% delivery and motivating them to achieve high results. My responsibilities combine strong team support in terms of daily ops, capacity planning, stakeholder management, personal development and HR topics (staffing, recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation) — all in line with company mission and departmental objectives.

Initiatives and achievements:
-Coached and mentored multiple peers across the org to help with a deeper understanding of the main targets and KPIs concepts
-Revisited the definition of one of the core metrics, conducted a data analysis and co-created a business case for different metric logic, which resulted in a positive change for 200+ people and improved the target on the track level
-Suggested multiple improvements in reporting and processes (eg. quality feedback loop optimization, using LEAN methodology, resulted in lower TAT)
-Hold various topic leaders positions as a part of which I organized calls, experience exchanges, prepared promotional materials, gathered data to increase employee engagement (eg. roles of learning ambassador and communication ambassador)
- Closed multiple positions in the challenging markets using out of the box solutions
- Drove multiple regional employee engagement initiatives (videos, posts, quizzes, kick-off calls) for 50+ people
- Organized and helped organize end-to-end multiple business meetings and entertainment events for employees, with 100+ people (agenda,logistics, catering, guest speakers, merchandising, venue, etc.)

Managing and inspiring a group of 15+ language localization and content professionals across the business: ensuring 100% delivery and improvement on KPIs and targets, motivating them to achieve high results.

Localization Team Leader

I provided localized translations of the website copy and all promotional materials, conducted revision and quality checks of other in-house linguists, following feedback standards. Part of my responsibilities was to perform product checks followed by bugs reporting via Jira. I managed the quality of our 3d party providers (around 20 freelancers), providing guidelines, evaluating the quality, and giving feedback. 
Achievements: 100% KPIs; developed the role specific onboarding program; public talk at 150+ people partner event on the importance of localization: as a result higher content upload from the partners’ side.
Out of scope:
-Created a pitch about travel destinations in Russia, which was published by Booking and used by the media in Russia.
-Developed content and conducted language related trainings for other departments.
