▪Managed full recruiting process from screening to offer negotiations for both technical (Ruby, Android, iOS, Node, Frontend) and non-technical (UX designer, Sales, HR, PM) roles. Improved hiring process efficiency and cut average Time to Fill by 20%.
▪Monitored and contributed in recruitment analytics using Excel. Time to fill: on average 45 days for Engineering positions and 40 days for Marketing and Sales positions. Time to hire: on average 28 days for Engineering positions and 20 days for Sales and Marketing positions. 
▪Implemented transparent hiring process for both the recruitment team and hiring managers by creating a hiring Wiki.
▪Recruited and mentored 1 intern to become a successful in-house recruiter.
▪Reduced internal cost per hire by 30% for several positions by optimizing the hiring process.

▪Expanded Employer Value Proposition. Created social media content, tech assessment presentation, requested candidate’s testimonials for sharing on Glassdoor.
▪Managed merch delivery. 
▪Managed company mascot creation for enhanced brand visibility.
▪Improved Internal Communication and Employee Engagement through team activities (30+ people) like an offsite abroad, online parties, and launched online English clubs. Post-offsite survey: 100% of participants noticed trust boost.
▪Conducted Onboarding processes. 
▪Conducted Exit Interviews. Identified retention improvement opportunities, and shared findings with the top management for further consideration.
▪Processed business visa support for employees. 20+ company employees got the visas.

Avidacare AG develops software and operates platforms with its international subsidiaries and partners.
As the first HR at Avidacare, a product company with a team of 20 people, my main objectives were to run HR processes for recruitment, offer negotiation, time off processing, vacation tracking.

▪Determined job requirements with engineering managers and created job vacancy texts.
▪Completed recruitment for Tech (Software Architect, C#, Manual QA) positions. Average Time to Fill 35 days.
▪Within 1 month, I implemented an automated employee vacation tracking system that streamlined the process for employees, reducing the time required to approve vacations to just 2 days.

emotion - technology company

Emotion is a technology company with over 17 years of experience with a strong focus on E-commerce.
Emotion aimed to establish the subsidiary in Belarus. 
My goals included recruitment of IT developers and managing such aspects of the business as documentation and rental space.

▪Sourced candidates and conducted screening interviews for PHP developers. Submitted candidates and scheduled interviews with the hiring manager. Average Time to Fill 45 days.
▪Developed a launch plan with timelines and provided stakeholders with information on local salary market analysis, documentation, payroll, real estate, and other operational matters.

Zipsters, an IT startup joint venture between Lithuania and the Netherlands, primarily collaborated with recruiting agencies in the Netherlands. 
My main responsibilities included providing candidates from both EU and CIS countries, the latter also involved offering relocation support.

▪Sourced candidates for Tech (C#, Java, FE) positions, submitted candidates to the hiring manager. 
▪Assisted candidates to gather and complete required information for submission to immigration authorities.
▪Conducted research on job market demand,salaries expectation across various locations (CIS countries, Portugal, Serbia).

Baltic Talents academy

The IT educational startup from Lithuania expanded into Belarus. 
My goals were to accomplish all aspects of the business, including documentation, payrolls, rental space, tutor recruitment, educational programs adjustment, and marketing campaigns to promote IT courses.

▪Conducted the local market analysis, developed a launch plan with timelines and handled all necessary documentation, payroll, real estate, and other operational matters.
▪Recruited 20 experienced IT tutors with various backgrounds (PHP, Java, UI UX, Python, digital marketing, frontend), executed 10 open promotional events and implemented diverse marketing activities to attract students and successfully launch IT courses.
▪Regularly submitted reports to international stakeholders throughout the process.
