My latest role at Reveal is leading our team of full-cycle AEs. I'm training and managing a team to close deals from A-Z (sales dev, free user onboarding, sales). This is a high-velocity, solution sale that requires us to be scrappy and intuitive.

I was brought on to instill a sales development mindset to a free-to-sign-up platform. The goal was to convert top of funnel sign-ups into onboarded (and activated) users. Blending sales, business development, product, and customer onboarding into one function.

It ended too soon – but I got the chance to work with a great crop of SDRs, and I learned a lot from some world-class salespeople. I also cut my teeth in the government (Fed, SLED) and channel/partnerships world.

(I was laid off – along with 80% of our gtm team – after 6 months)

Hyperscience is an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution. It replaces outdated technologies and processes that transfer data from documents and into downstream applications by using ML / AI methodologies.

A great experience and opportunity for me to build a Business Development program from scratch. We hired 10 BDRs globally (US, EMEA, and APAC), and were a high-performing team from the start – despite all the craziness that came with the start of the Covid pandemic.

Unily is an EXP (Employee Experience Platform). It is the front-end experience for employees to stay connected with their company, uniting enterprises through their brand, technologies, resources - and most importantly - their people.
