I led Mid-Market sales with a team of 6 AEs. We worked full-cycle, strategic sales that required us to invent new processes and learn on the job. Reveal grew quickly in few years: raising a Series A; growing from sub-1 million to surpassing 5 million; and facilitating a successful merger with Crossbeam before our acquisition with Crossbeam.

Director, Mid-Market Sales (merged into Crossbeam)

I helped our org develop new sales playbooks and prospecting processes which led us to expanding the mid-market team. I was promoted to lead our mid-market sales team in my next role.

Unily

A great experience and opportunity for me to build a Business Development program from scratch. We hired 10 BDRs globally (US, EMEA, and APAC), and were a high-performing team from the start – despite all the craziness that came with the start of the Covid pandemic.

Unily is an EXP (Employee Experience Platform). It is the front-end experience for employees to stay connected with their company, uniting enterprises through their brand, technologies, resources - and most importantly - their people.
