We are surviving in Kyiv.
If you don't have time to watch my speech, this is a shortcut:

1) We don't have electricity for about 20h per day.
Some people experience it for 3-5 days.

2) We don't have heating in our flats.
The temperature inside is about 5-10 degrees Celsius.

3) We didn't have water until today.
But some people experience a problem with water.

People are surviving because they can recharge their phones, laptops, and warm up a bit inside shopping malls, gas stations, small shops, and restaurants (that have their own generators). Also, there are some special places where people can eat some warm food and warm up.

Our government says that 1 or 2 more attacks will cause a total apocalyptic collapse, with the need to evacuate the city.

It's not a drama.

It's genocide.
Happening in 2026 (!!!!!!!)

Because our neighbor hit power plants, gas, and water stations to kill people with extreme conditions (cause we have -10 degrees Celsius outside).

Again.

We are surviving.

After tonight's missile attack on Kyiv, thousands of people are going to be without HEAT with the temperature of -15 degrees Celsius (about 5 degrees Fahrenheit).

This is the reality of survival.  

Again. No heat, no electricity when it's icy outside.

Tonight, russia attacked Lviv with a nuclear-capable missile (!!!!), Kyiv (also Kryviy Rih, Dnipro, Zaporizhya) with their ballistic, cruise missiles and drones, targeting ONLY residential buildings, power plants, and gas stations. 

The main goal is to kill Ukrainians under extreme conditions.

It sounds surreal, but this is true. 

People in Kyiv are being asked to move to where it's possible to heat the buildings. *In the second photo, you can see that we have such places where people can drink warm tea and recharge their phones*

Moreover, they targeted the ambulance when they cared about injured people, so they intentionally killed medics!!!!

The next time you think you have problems...maybe you don't?

P.S. I am currently in Europe, but my husband, family members, colleagues, and friends are struggling.

BOOKED A MEETING after me sending something like this:

I'm spending this week with my niece. 
And I've got an interesting insight about us, adults.

When I was her age (8 y.o.), I used to do the same:

1) Smile with no reason
2) Have a "let's try" mindset
3) Create solutions as easy as 1-2-3
4) Read books making me believe in miracles
5) Explore things that are truly interesting to me
6) Enjoy literally every second spending time outside 
7) Get the urge to build something from scratch with no fear
8) Have a strong belief that tomorrow is going to be a better day 

I mean, kids are sooooo open to this world.

Kids are non-stoppers. 

I don't mean the bad side of it (like pushing themselves until the end, like we adults do). Kids just don't spend their time on negative thoughts, doubts, disbelief, anxiety, "i have to be X / do Y / earn Z."

They act as they will.

That OPENNESS to this huge world and a strong belief that this world is a kind place is something I definitely lost when I grew up.

Yes, I am still focused on my creativity in outbound and content.

But sometimes, I find myself lost and doubtful if that is too unserious for this big corporate life.

Today I understood...

It's never enough to be that childish inside.

Please, think of it today.

And smile for no reason. 🙏 🥹

You can't be fulfilled 24/7 for 365 days.
Look at this pizza:

It consists of two layers: a burned one and a normal one.

Now, let's assume it's your job life.

One period of time, you:

- closing deals fast
- are full of content ideas
- booking meetings as maestro
- commenting like it's the last day of your life

The next period of time, you:

- struggling with your quota
- worrying about your future
- anxious and stressed 
- willing to quit

I am now in the second period.

And it's ok.

I'm letting myself struggle now because I finally know it's part of the process.

Moreover, I know that I'm a loser. (yes, I am).

I'm a loser who is not enough.

I'm not smart and strategic enough.
I'm not hungry for learning enough.
I'm not pushing myself enough.
I'm not fast and furious enough. (Sorry, Dominic Toretto.)
I'm not perfect enough.



But I still believe that somehow I'll make it.

As my pizza is baked like this.

So the normal part is next.

Yes, it's working.

Sending something extraordinary has only 1 important mission:

STANDING OUT.

If you can make your prospect stop for a second here on LinkedIn... Then you've already won their attention. You've already won 100+ sales reps trying to grab attention so they could ask relevant questions.

Outbound is experiencing one of the hardest times ever.

Look, all the AI things made it worse:

- A personalized message is worth nothing cause it's generated in seconds
- a PDF file makes almost no sense because people don't have free time to read that free stuff anymore
- A proposal of testing something with no cost also lost its momentum

Instead, you can create:
1) personalized videos 
2) customized images 
3) GIFs in correlation to what you've searched
4) e-gifts (even free ones)
5) memes / personalized jokes

Your task is not to sell anymore.

But grab their attention!!!!

That's what outbound in 2026 looks like.

All of those posts about hitting someone's quota or achieving 1M impressions here make it even worse.

The main goal is to make children, women, and retired people die without heat.

I'M SCREAMING because I feel I'm useless.

I can't help people in any other way—only by using my voice.

P.S. but if you are only cold calling...there is another story.

Sales jobs are everything.
Sometimes it can save someone's life. (just like FullEnrich does)

Like, what if these characters had the correct phone numbers?

So many of them spent days trying to find the right person…
When one correct phone number or message could’ve changed everything.

That’s exactly how sales work, too.

- > Wrong number = wasted calls
- > Missing data = missed conversations
- > Bad contacts = pipeline that never had a chance

But when the data is right?!

1) Faster connections
2) Better conversations
3) More pipelines created from the same effort

Cold calling (and outreach in general) isn’t dead —
It’s only as strong as the data behind it.

I've run an experiment.

I changed the main job place into my own educational business.

📍 tons of AI-generated messages!!!!!!!!!

They were proposing their services with zero research and human touch.
It was only ONE person who did it differently.

Again...

...ONE person out of 20+ messages.

The most common sentences:

1) "Congrats on your new role at Try Everything!"
2) "It's great to see your focus on creative outbound strategies."
3) "I'm curious about how Try Everything's approach aligns with X." 
4) (the most!!!) "Would you be open to catching up for 15 minutes?"

So here is my humble opinion for 99% of salespeople:

♠️ Sales reps don't care about their prospects. 

They want to have their bonuses and filled pipeline. They don't care about me and why I'm off for 2 days (spending time with my mom). They don't care if I am combining those activities while still trying to crush my own quota. 


♠️ Sales reps are lazy AF.

It's pretty hard for them to try out different strategies. Like, if they saw that I teach people how to use creative outbound (it's the core of my business), why not try using this method? Rhetorical question. 


♠️ Sales reps treat LinkedIn only like a sales channel.

While it is a sales channel, it should be treated as a social network first. The time when LinkedIn was used solely for finding a new job or selling a $400K logistic contract has ended. Because it's a high competition. You have to stand out to be on top. No other way is possible.


♠️ Sales reps don't make a real impact.

Their job is easy: 9-5 doing activities, closing the laptop, and chilling. It's not bad at all. However, the majority of amazing people I know who work in sales try to do something HELPFUL for other people/pets/organizations, etc. I believe that caring is one of the strongest characteristics for people making this world a better place to live. Not just doing your job. 


♠️ Sales reps rely TOO MUCH on AI.

Nothing to add here. Using those automations without thinking is brutal. It's doing huge harm to our profession. Prospects will stop trusting salespeople one day if nothing changes. HUMAN TOUCH IS NEEDED!!!!

I changed my job place to Influ2 again and stopped receiving those messages. So I came to a conclusion that the whole system with DMs in LinkedIn is super broken.

The next time you think you are doing great here, think twice.

And send a normal human message.
