I'm turning 30 today. 💫 

Here are my 30 learnings:

1. You are the #1 person in your life
2. Health is def the most important thing 
3. Call your mom and dad regularly
4. Prioritize your family, not your career
5. When the boss says "You're a loser", change the job (and the boss). 😁 
6. No one could know your path better than you 
7. Sessions with a psychologist is good 
8. Do some sports because your body needs it 
9. Learn how to save money, not only spend*
10. *Better learn how to invest your money 😃 
11. Your inner circle should consist of people you can learn from
12. True friends will understand you no matter what
13. Find yourself a soulmate and marry him/her
14. Always be learning something new—train your brain!
15. Say "no" to unhealthy food. In 20 years, you will thank yourself
16. Say "no" to alcohol (in most cases), as in 20 years you'll thank, too 😁 
17. Spend more time in nature - it will give you more energy
18. Do reflections from time to time to be a better person
19. Read books ^^
20. Remind yourself that you're just a human, you can't control everything
21. Pray for peace in the world (I KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS 🇺🇦 )
22. Be thankful for everything you have
23. Don't forget about your dreams 🧚‍♀️ 
24. Dream bigger (of course)
25. Be focused on your goals to achieve them 
26. You're not alone! There are so many people ready to help
27. Be kind to people and yourself
28. Stop regularly for a second to notice how wonderful this world is 
29. Travel more 🗺 
30. Love is the only thing that should drive you ❤️

✔ step 10 (additional) - another LinkedIn follow-up if I believe it's needed 
+ Yes, I interact with LinkedIn posts if the person is active

There are many "dos" and "don'ts" on Linkedin.
So, sometimes it's hard to go your OWN way.

When I say: "Emotional outreach is good." ⤵ 
☢ Haters start to argue why it's not respectful   

When I say: "LinkedIn brings more meetings" ⤵ 
☢ Email lovers start discussing why it's not scalable 

When I say: "More TikTok-like videos here." ⤵  
☢ "Only useful info here" agitators start ramping 

You know what? 

Stop listening to the crowd.
Listen to your inner sense.

Your prospect sees your email image (the same as your ad image) and is more likely to open your email.

I think I found an answer to myself 👇

But let me take a step back.

When Den shared the idea of Supercadence, I was like: "WOW, this could cut the outbound noise." 
But I had some concerns. 

1. What if the person would become angry? 
🚫 Well, when you cold call or send 7th cold email, they might be angry 😅 

2. What if the person would skip it?
🚫 Haha, how many cold emails are transferred to spam without opening??? 

3. What if...? 

Stop.

Again.

Salespeople have never (!) used it before. 
Only marketing people did. 

So...

Is this a new WAY of reaching out to prospects?

Show your face and message BEFORE cold emails, LinkedIn DM, or cold calls.

As...
1) I am not working here anymore
2) I will always accept if I think it's a relevant person

So, you can put "X really stands out" but it changes nothing 😁 

✅  If you are great for the network, you will be accepted without a note.
✅  Think of the N of requests with useless notes your prospect has.
✅  I add a note only when someone transfers me.
