With my 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, I have helped several startups and companies to iterate on their ideas and products until they reach product-market fit and grow the user base.

I have worked with companies on building and iterating prototypes and PoC to scaling a company with over half a million users.

My experience includes driving the user research and product development efforts for early-stage startups until seed and Series A fundraising (up to 10M €) and 1 scaleup with a Series B funding round of 70M €.

• Analyse current market need, market trends and user behaviour to identify new business opportunities and unresolved user problems that align with the current company strategy.
• Define and communicate the product vision and the product roadmap to the team and internal and external stakeholders. Organise and prioritise the backlog and user stories matching the team and company goals.

•	Gather business requirements for a specific product by establishing open lines of communication with customers. 
•	Deliver a product design that fulfills requirements, compatible with demands of all stakeholders.
•	Validate and prioritize requirements matching to existing commercial and product strategy. 
•	Document and communicate the requirements in accordance with the approved methodology (User Stories with AC). 
•	Own the product backlog within a release, prioritize and plan the sprints within the release.
