As a sales leader with over 15 years of experience in the HVAC, BMS Controls, Buidling Tech industry, I am passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to customers. I have a strong background in accounting and finance, which enables me to understand the business needs and challenges of my clients and provide them with value-added services. I am currently working at Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart and healthy buildings, where I lead the service sales team in Southeast Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for driving the service recurring revenue growth, expanding the contracts portfolio, and leading the service digital programs offering, such as Xaas (anything as a service). I also spearhead the SMART building offerings, integrated services, and facility management solutions, leveraging on cutting-edge technologies such as HVAC, fire, security, and BMS (building management systems). Some of the skills that I use and enhance in my role are people management, cross-functional team leadership, and pricing strategy. My mission is to increase customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction, as well as to generate new business opportunities in the region.
