The joy of 3 LinkedIn impressions: a masterclass in celebrating small wins and here is why.... I only get 3 impressions per day on LinkedIn. (Maybe because it is Monday? ) And honestly? I’m proud of it. Here’s my anti-growth-strategy I suggest to follow: ☑ I write all my posts in Google Docs at 3 AM, fueled by existential dread. ☑ I post once every other month, when Mercury is in retrograde. ☑ I average -5 likes because even my mom stopped engaging. Could I use AI tools like ChatGPT to crank out 50 drafts in seconds? Sure. But then I’d miss out on the joy of staring at a blinking cursor for 3 hours. 🚫 No Chrome extensions. 🚫 No mic icon. 🚫 Just me, my overthinking, and the crushing weight of originality. WARNING: I don’t believe in being lazier with AI. I believe in being utterly inefficient and proud! That's what we live for, kinda....! Because sometimes the real growth comes not from impressions, but from the inner journey of posting nothing at all. Let the blank page win again! Reinventing myself without a map-->Freefall! Like a drop from the sky. It starts in the clouds comfortable, familiar. And then boom you hit the ground! For years, I stayed there. B2B Head of Sales, KAM, PM you name it.... Some roles fit. Some didn’t. But gravity pulls. I’m falling now—uncertain, messy, no clear landing. Asking the hard questions: What’s next? What do I really want? Who am I? One step. Then another. AI, growth, new ideas swirl around me. Some days, I feel steady. Other days, I’m spinning again. To be honest, the truth is hard, but: The fall isn’t failure. It’s part of the process. You land. You rise. Repeat. I’m mid-fall. Still becoming. And that’s okay. If you feel me.... Today I attended the Balttechnika 2025 conference in Vilnius 🇱🇹 (https://lnkd.in/dXFzfvSV) It was a valuable experience — I had the chance to meet the President of #Infobalt Simonas Cerniauskas and made some meaningful international connections, especially with our neighbors from Poland. Events like this really highlight how important it is to meet new people and exchange ideas face to face. I also attended several presentations. One that stood out was by Linas Kojala, who gave an excellent overview of the current geopolitical landscape — from a historical perspective to where we stand today. A truly insightful, "bird's-eye view" presentation. Another highlight was a talk about #Tesla and giga-factories by Kim Gaba Jensen — mind-blowing to see how fast and efficiently electric vehicles are being produced. The level of automation is incredible. If you're interested in robotics, AI solutions, or work in the manufacturing sector, I highly recommend visiting this exhibition — it runs for two more days! Lastly, a shoutout to Tomas Prūsas for emphasizing the importance of STEAM education and inspiring the younger generation to pursue careers in engineering. While the fair isn’t huge, you’ll still find some truly interesting manufacturers and innovations worth exploring! Yesterday, I had a great chance to remember the old days—while celebrating Infobalt’s 30-year anniversary. I still remember going to INFOBALT around 1996-2000 not to buy, but just to see a personal computer… or maybe a Nokia 3110, or the classic Nokia 5110—and, of course, to grab lots of pens and paper ads from the stands... 😄 Back then, it felt like a glimpse into a future we could hardly imagine! Today, #Infobalt has grown into a powerful bridge between academia, business, and government! I'm also proud to share that I’ve officially joined the Infobalt association as a member—excited for the journey ahead in this inspiring community. It was a big pleasure to meet and chat with: Prof. Tomas Krilavičius President of Infobalt and Dean of the Faculty of Informatics at Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas Simonas Cerniauskas Director of Infobalt Virgilijus Dirma Deputy Director and Jore Bendinskaite! It was also a real pleasure to network with so many old and new connections—so much energy, insight, and optimism in one room. As you can see in the photo—we’re smiling, but also focused on the serious plans ahead (including, of course, one of my favorite topics: AI). How Waking Up at 5 AM Got Me Talking Meta, Data & AI on National TV Long story short :) It started with a call yesterday. This morning at 5:00 AM: the alarm. By 7:00 AM: I was on national TV talking about one of the hottest AI topics in Europe — Meta’s decision to use public Facebook and Instagram data to train its AI models. 🎤 The questions? Not easy. 📺 The audience? Very broad. 🧠 The challenge? Translating legal and technical nuance into plain, relatable and conversational language. From opt-outs to GDPR to how AI "learns" from our digital lives — I tried covered it all. And while I managed to show up in person this early morning, I couldn’t help but wonder… next time, will it be my virtual AI avatar in the studio instead? :) Thanks to the #LRT team for the invite, and to all of you in my network who keep pushing AI discussions into the public spotlight.
