GAN Ltd acquired Coolbet as of January 2021. 
GAN Ltd (US) is an award-winning provider of enterprise Software-as-a-Service solutions for iGaming, and online sports betting applications.
Total Group revenue for 2022 is $142 million.

*Led Financial Planning and Analytics function for Coolbet (10 markets) and GAN US operations. 
*Enhanced financial planning and analytics processes, eliminated inefficiencies, and fostered clarity within the team and stakeholders.
*Contributed to a positive global organizational culture by initiating and leading various workshops for the worldwide team (both for the GAN and Coolbet). Topics included best practices for conducting one-on-one talks, personal and corporate values and establishing common ways of working.

Main duties: 
• Ensuring compliance with the financial aspects of Gambling regulations for licenses in Malta, Estonia and Sweden.
• Serving as an integral member of the Coolbet management team, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
• Delivering monthly and quarterly financial result presentations to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborating with GAN investment relations to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Streamlining global processes related to financial planning and analytics, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partnering with the corporate team on M&A matters, providing financial insights and support.
• Initiating and conducting multiple workshops for mid and senior leadership teams on cross-cultural cooperation, performance management, and values.

Senior Director, Finance

Coolbet

After GAN Ltd acquired Coolbet in 2021, I took on the role of Head of Controlling at Coolbet. I was subsequently promoted to Finance Director and later to Senior Finance Director on a global level in 2022.

*Streamlined B2C budgeting and management reporting processes over regions of B2C operations.
*Improved global (B2C and B2B) technology budgeting and reporting to align with stakeholder needs.
*Implemented comprehensive IT development cost capitalization processes to ensure an agile approach translates into compliant financial results.
*Improved Internal Controls: Strengthened financial and accounting processes by introducing better
internal controls.
*Coordinated Global Audits: Successfully managed financial audits with teams from the US, Malta, and Estonia, ensuring compliance with international standards.

Director, Finance

Joined Coolbet as a Supervisory Board member. Performed strategic partner role  for operational leadership, establishing robust finance, legal, and tax processes and corporate structure. Played a role in shaping the company's culture.

As the company transitioned beyond its startup phase and established a parent company in Malta, assumed the responsibility of Director in the Board of Maltese head company – Vincent Group Plc.  Provided strategic oversight and leadership to ensure continued growth and success. The business has been sold to Gan Ltd US for USD 175 million in 2021.

• Serve as a senior member of the SSC management team, actively supporting group finance objectives and fostering knowledge sharing across the organization.

Co-founded an audit company (Donoway Assurance, later rebranded to Crowe DNW Group). Helped the company grow from just two people to one of the leading audit bureaus in Estonia.  Joined Crowe, an international network, to expand our connections worldwide. Managed audits in different industries, developed strategies to grow the business, and built a strong audit team.

Main duties:
• Managed audits in diverse sectors, ensuring rigorous financial scrutiny and compliance. Oversaw projects in Estonia and expanded my reach to include financial reviews and audits in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan.
