I help companies improve, grow and be successful. I have done this in all the roles I have been active in - as an executive and a manager, as an investor, board member and advisor. In 2023, I authored the book "Management in AI powered world." My predictions that AI would lead to leaner organizations with less middle management and create faster, better, and more efficient companies have been proven correct by research from Gartner, BCG, and others. I bring added value to companies with my broad skillset and by sharing my rich and broad experiences as an executive (CEO/CxO) and board member (BoD) with focus on strategy development and implementation using digitalization and new business models and technologies, including AI. I also have extensive leadership and management experiences both in local (from Switzerland to UK, UAE and Slovenia) as well as international environment (from DACH and the whole of Europe to Asia and USA). In my executive and leadership roles, I was and am focused on delivering growth and scalability by focusing on strategically transforming business with AI, business development, sales, operational excellence and M&A activities.
