Experiencing the growth of our family business from zero to multiple 7 figures within 5 years sounds exciting – right? But re-read the 39% line – was I happy? 😢 No. I had lost that loving feeling. 😢 I had gotten so focused on the weeds IN the business, I had lost the love of working ON the business. I had to go back and find that loving feeling. Over 20 years of a proven track record to actualize ideas and see them come to fruition as a profitable organization within a large Fortune 200 Corporation, by creating, building, implementing a large sales team to generate over $50M in revenue in just under 4 years, to raising over $4M in the worst recession area in the country in 2009-2010, I knew then I was a builder, a creator and a launcher and I had to go back and find that proof positive track record again - the love of the game. ♥️ I went back to what I loved doing. Building and helping others find their success – find their loving feeling in business again. I started Darla Bonk Consulting after working unofficially for two years on the side, helping and equipping other business owners and entrepreneurs in recalling and remembering why they started their businesses in the first place - THEIR PURPOSE, and creating a new framework to scale and grow for the future – reigniting their passion and love for why they went into business. 🌊I FINALLY TOOK THE PLUNGE AND LAUNCHED MY OWN CONSULTING AND COACHING COMPANY.
