I’ve built, led and scaled multiple award winning global programs in sales enablement, sales leadership, customer success, change, executive leadership and ecosystem partners - driving significant business outcomes - increasing incremental revenue, accelerating change, and helping people sustainably access their own capacities for change. Skilled in lots of approaches - design thinking, life centred design, learning and research methodologies, change management, cross cultural communication and a wide array of technologies - I work with others to create compelling experiences that work for the outcome and surprise people. Writing a book on wisdom and being - I’ve interviewed and learned from brilliant people around the world on bringing to life change - from investors and business leaders, to international sporting figures, to indigenous communities and environment and social change makers.
