I’ve designed, built and scaled multiple global change initiatives (several of which won awards) - sales, presales, ecosystem, leadership including executive programs, and the most effective changes have always where people realise for themselves from the inside out what their greatest commitment can be. How do I operate? I work with people, to help them find insightful ways to tackle their most challenging business goals in intelligent, wise and wholesome ways, individually and collectively. I love to serve, and I look at the paradigms, mindsets, skillsets and toolsets that help people do great business and build a great world. I’m researching and writing a book on Being Wise: wisdom as a living experience. I bring what I’m learning to life in my work leading, coaching and creating.
