Responsible for the performance of the sales function across Agilisys. Working with and across the sales and marketing teams, to identify process improvements and to implement new, innovative ways of working to deliver improved sales results.

•	Lead sales forecasting for board executives on a regular basis, developed reporting based on sales-as-a-science (SaaS) methodology
•	Strategically plan, establish, set (using PxQ model) and monitor revenue targets/quotas
•	Lead all sales governance calls with all senior leaders across a matrix sales organisation
•	Lead sales effectiveness improvement programmes based on regular market research and competitor analysis
•	Provide regular sales insights aligned to KPI metrics
•	Developed, govern and report on the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from MQLs to LTV (lifetime value) of customer.
•	Successfully managed large bids and procurement processes including Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework tenders

Sales Operations Director / Bid Management

Responsible for developing and growing the Agilisys consulting practice that provides a basis for project delivery staff and associates across the group to learn and grow; share best practice and ideas; cultivate knowledge within communities; progress careers and enhance skills to deliver a high quality output to all clients.

Achievements:
•	Delivered a full graduate intern programme, hiring 15 interns, of which 12 converted into permanent consultants
•	Implemented a new basic consulting training programme for Junior Consultants
•	Improved resource utilization and workforce planning to hit utilization rates per grade.

Role:
•	Managed team of three including the Resource Manager
•	Responsible for workforce planning and resource allocation
•	Manage bi-annual performance reviews including moderation sessions to help identify top performers and assist in career development opportunities
•	Hold regular checkpoints with all staff, to provide strategic updates and measure morale; improve motivation and productivity
•	Work with the Consulting bid team to review opportunities and understand resourcing requirements
•	Develop MI Pack – Resource Register, Utilisation Stats, Resource Demand, Staff & Associate List, Invoice tracker and Starters, Movers, Leavers overview
•	Managed a Graduate Internship programme from sourcing and selection to completion of the 3 month internship
•	Work closely with the Finance Partner to understand the overhead spend of the practice, and work with the Partners to manage this to budget
•	Worked with Regional Partners and Account Leads to forecast resourcing costs.

Operations Manager - Consulting

Working as part of an Internal Recruitment team sourcing across all business units within Agilisys, and also supported recruitment across the Blenheim Chalcot Group of Companies.

Responsible for recruitment in the UK, including liaising with Senior Managers to forecast requirements; implementing Recruitment processes; candidate attraction & sourcing; assessment & selection; and contractor management.

I was responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and selecting candidates through to the offer and on-boarding stages. 

Achievements:
•	Successfully contributed to the growth of Agilisys by hiring 300 staff in 3 years - with 90% being sourced directly. This included about 100 contract hires.
•	Reduced the cost per hire to under £2,000 on average.
•	Reduced the time to offer to an average of 5 weeks.
•	Developed superb working relationships with all the hiring managers and senior management.
•	Played a key role in the resource management of staff within the business, using the data to drive recruitment needs.

Role:
•	Recruited staff across all divisions within the business, including IT, Consulting, Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing, Legal and Commercial, and Customer Services
•	Recruited across various levels of seniority from graduate to leadership team
•	Understood the core values of the business and was able to successfully convey the culture of working for Agilisys to new hires
•	Led first round interviews and telephone interviews
•	Built hiring manager packs for managers to outline key requirements of the role, personality traits, key skills, reporting lines etc, to align the business on requirement for the business
•	Developed a hiring approval process that is still in place
•	Worked with finance to manage contractor payments and implemented an invoicing and payment process
•	Individually delivered the weekly recruitment update to the Senior Leadership Team (CEO and direct reports)

Responsible for a small team of consultants across two business sectors (IT and Business / Occupational Psychology). 

•	Maintaining and updating our in-house Microsoft Access Database and our online Recruitment software system. 
•	Producing team and company reports and business plans.
•	Producing financial statistics for the team and company.
•	Writing job descriptions and updating advertisements, using various websites and mediums.
•	Interviewing candidates through competency-based interviewing techniques.
•	Generating new business through warm and cold calling, and client meetings.
•	Managing the whole recruitment process from inception to completion. From generating business to making a placement.
