Working on a project run by a Big 4 firm I Developed Daily/Weekly/Monthly MI Reporting for 5 different work streams.  Tasks Included:

*Responsible for Mapping Data based on Excel Trackers to be migrated to CMS
*Delivering reporting on a regular and ad-hoc basis, by establishing and monitoring high standards of control over report preparation, data sourcing, data analysis and reconciliation.
*Supporting and interacting with internal and external stakeholders, supporting management in preparing written commentary on reports and metrics.
*Producing reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and as required
*Managing the development and maintenance of key reporting processes, while providing in-depth analysis of data
*Managing the development and gathering of data and assumptions upon which reporting can be based
*Maintaining high internal control standards to assess report accuracy and data integrity ensuring the necessary governance and controls are maintained
*Providing support for risk identification, assessment and mitigation through the provision and analysis of data, and assistance with interpretation/application of regulatory rules. 
*Supporting the management team to deal with questions from stakeholders around information within the reports
*Analysing the impact of any changes in operational reporting requirements 
*Preparing documentation on any changes in methodology or assumption

MI Analyst

Sainsbury's Bank

Responsible for the development and delivery of Mortgages management information to support delivery of the annual and strategic commercial plans, to provide visibility of the customer outcomes of our proposition, and to enable the mortgage team to appropriately monitor the performance of our a sales channels.

I am heavily involved in the Banks Data Programme in moving our reporting from Lloyds Data Platform to Sainsbury’s Bank Data Platform which involves 5 phases (Plan, Recode, Report Verification, Defect & Parallel run, Parallel run, sign off)

I Build relationships with stakeholders across the business, to bring together data from multiple sources (both manually and through SAS) in order to provide clear management information for the Mortgages Commercial teams 

Develop & deliver performance reporting (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) for sales performance and P&L commitments versus target, e.g. customer, lending, business mix, income, costs, profit and products by sales team.

Develop and deliver intermediary partner monitoring reporting e.g. applications, offers and cancellations by firms and advisor, sales conversion rates, high loan to value application concentration.

I Embrace conduct, operational & regulatory risk management as a key responsibility in role, identifying, owning and appropriately managing role specific risks, and driving for appropriate customer outcomes.

Act as the data steward for the Mortgages commercial team.

MI Analyst, Mortgages

Support the Commercial Manager in the delivery of the growth and profitability objectives of Sainsbury’s Bank Travel Money.  I contribute to the achievement of the business goals with specific focus on delivering robust MI/BI reports.  Duties Include  

Building and improving the travel money model to forecast sales, by channel, currency and value  

Monitor Bureaux/Direct performance

Acting as analytical resource for Travel Money team, producing MI Dashboards to help with Trading updates, hedging and forecasting

Providing Support on Rate of the Day Activity 

Process Map key Processes, ensuring they are tailored to Sainsbury’s Bank Standards

Implementing new Data universe to access existing data

I support the MI & BI capability within the Travel Money Team by developing and delivering robust MI Reports to help drive performance that will deliver significant P&L and Operational Benefits.  Duties include:

* Manage Price Margin Setting within the Delegated Authority process and gain sign off for any currency out with the required margin/position, while ensuring Margin Targets are delivered as per Budget, Q1F and ensuring TCF compliance.

* Process Map all control based processes in Tesco Bank format to ensure all steps are clearly covered for Audit Purposes to minimise risk to the bank.

* Provide Support to the Travel Money Operations Network Manager with specialist MI Reports from the yearly target setting of 224 Bureaux to creating EBT & Cost Monitoring Reports.

MI Manager, Travel Money

Providing support to the Banking Change team, I log Credit Card Change Requests and prepare there submission to the relevant board for approval for IA/Delivery. I also assist in streamlining Banking Change reporting in preparation for sending to our Stakeholders across the Bank.

Project value £1.3m, impacting circa 200 desktops, deploy new front end desktop with new links to back end ordering systems, introduction of a new off line order capture system, new reporting and new front office administration role.  Overall the project included 5 phases of delivery, development included 4 supplier work streams and the introduction of business processes

Duties included
* Writing UAT test scripts against the new desktop solutions
