I have over 20yrs of experience in the industry. The construction is the only thing I know. When I left school building was the 1st industry that I worked in and absolutely love it. I wake up every morning loving my job and can’t wait to bring clients' visions into reality. It is important to value every client equally, and this understanding was behind my decision to start my own company. I recognise that the relationship with the client always comes before the size of the contract. Having worked from the ground up, in many different aspects of the industry, I have a seasoned insight into what’s needed for a project to stay on time and on budget and for the client to feel happy once the work is complete. It’s a relationship that has to have a high level of trust, and that trust needs to be built and maintained. The simple, fundamental things that people can forget or take for granted are the factors that can make all the difference between a project running as smoothly as possible, or not.
