With over 20 years of experience, I began in business development selling in high tech to customers, through channels and with partners around the World. I co-founded two companies and learned how hard and exciting it is to take something from concept to conclusion. That led me to focus on building teams and leading them to success. Hiring the right people, developing talent, and coaching them to realize their potential has been the most rewarding part of my career. My focus has always been on implementing effective strategies that increase revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction and my experience in finance and operations has equipped me with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively to drive profitability and growth. I have also had the opportunity to help lead teams through large organizational transformations. This included everything from setting bold new strategic directions, strengthening operations and financial performance, redesigning organizational structures to cultivating a values and purpose driven culture. I come to the table with a fresh set of eyes, enthusiasm for what can be accomplished and the energy to make things happen. I want to keep learning and having impact.
