With over three decades of leadership in the telecommunications industry, I am the Managing Director at UPTI, an agile communications company that connects managed services to customers in a fashion not done by large carriers. I have an EMBA Associate degree from QUT and multiple certifications and honors from Avaya and YABBIT, demonstrating my expertise and excellence in unified communications as a service (UCaaS), Contact centre as a service (CCaaS) customer relationship management (CRM), and new business development. My mission is to empower businesses to own their future and change their stars by providing them with a complete communication and collaboration experience that is mobile-first, geographically redundant, and cost-effective. That is why I created YABBIT, a hosted cloud IP phone system with full UC, contact center, and multi-site solution. YABBIT is also a partner program that enables dealers to grow their equity, improve their customer relationships, and take control of their destiny.
